During my stay, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, which seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning. the noise from the bar area late at night disrupted my sleep, making the experience less comfortable. It was unfortunate to see such lack of attention to detail in an otherwise promising hotel.

The cooked breakfast was outstanding, featuring high-quality ingredients and great care in preparation.

The cleanliness of the common areas, particularly the carpets, could be improved, as they seemed a bit worn and unkempt.

The cooked breakfast was top-notch, and the homemade food offered in the evenings was varied and delicious. The bar area is lively, with amenities like pool and darts that make for a fun atmosphere.

The overall decor feels tired and could use a refresh, with common areas not receiving the cleaning they need. I experienced some noise disturbances from the bar, especially late at night, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. There were also issues with the cleanliness, including unclean window frames and poor maintenance of the carpets and towel rails in the room.

Had a lovely time enjoying a delicious curry prepared by Jamie and unwinding by the cozy log fire with a good book and wine. There’s a great garden area for some fresh air and a nice TV room for relaxing in the evenings. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

It was just a smart choice for a brief weekend stay in Llanwrtyd Wells with fantastic value for money. The room was well equipped, with tea and coffee available, which was a nice touch after a long drive. Make sure to pre-order breakfast the night before to enjoy great homemade food in the morning.

Helpful staff made the check-in process smooth, accommodating an early arrival without issue. The atmosphere was vibrant, especially on New Year's Eve, bringing the local community to life. While I enjoyed the fresh artisan bread at breakfast, the cleanliness of the common areas and room left much to be desired, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.
